One of the shared characteristic of going to cinema and going to church is being part of an audience and church goes group. Although in church the people attending may not be strangers to each other, in cinema, there is a sense that a unique experience is shared with strangers. It doesn't alienate people but a sense of shared experience had bring the strangers together. Certain language, values and emotions shared without obligation to each other. Only the unspoken rules of not disturbing others with watching the movie. This silent agreement is a form of civility. In church there is a higher demand of brotherhood among church goers. Further tolerance is required in the individual. On the web when a clip and film is watched by thousands, this form of togetherness is reduced to numbers. We hardly know the strangers who watch the same material we did. It there a way to retain this togetherness of shared experience in the virtual sphere? Can virtual reality provide a platform to that? It is important?
