VR.AI

The real fear of AI is that robots eventually take over human jobs. 

But this is the short term one, the more horrible scenario is apocalyptic. One of the real danger is physical robot acquiring super human intelligence, or intelligent enough to harm humans in many different possible ways. So virtual reality of AI can be developed at the right time to contain all AI experiments within the virtual realm, in any case of AI developing out of control, the gateway to keep AI contained is the network itself. At least that’s a first barrier to prevent AI running amok. Most of video games today already have some form of AI. Characters react to gamers input albeit  of limited intelligence, and most important of all they are virtual, contained in the game world.
