Realm Alternations

As oppose to ruling the world, changing the rules of the game, we probably would all wish that for those who are corrupted by power itself is better resided in an alternate realm, such as a world that is a complete replication of this reality, so whatever havoc that is wreaking in that alternate world is kept as a completely private matter. We can even simulate the millions of life dying for certain abstract cause in the bizarre games that need to be played out in the minds of the megalomanic dictator. It seems there is no accidents that the world rulers with corrupted power always involve destroying millions of life, as if it is part of the process on this planet earth. I don't really know what's God plan here, but it must be the deepest of mysteries that when one person can wreak havoc to an entire population and that the lesson seems never been learned, the catastrophic play seems to carry on and on, from history to history, from civilisation to civilisation. The cyclical turns of the rise of cultures and ruins, as I gather information from history and archeology, had been going on for at least four millennia, and we are about approaching the ending or the beginning of the end of another millennia of a civilisation on this earth. Wouldn't it be nice if those with power hungry tendencies are locked in a virtual reality game of world events so that the course of history can be played out within that universe without touching our lives. Let Hitler be locked inside his gas chamber to play out the winning of WW2, or Mao be locked into the virtual fields of the Great Leap Forward and experiment with the virtual, AI driven population with famine and the cultural revolution, while we as outsider watch the events play out like a horror show. If a virtual reality game is made to simulate the present progression of world events will a portion of our population spend the energy in that virtual world so that our reality is spare from another destructive exercise in power? I look forward for such simulation and such game, and with developing AI and virtual reality, it is completely plausible to have a total cinema of alternate world history or future played out.
